Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you purchase creative products or services from Audio.Visual.Digital.

Pricing and VAT

Audio.Visual.Digital is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to quotes or invoices. Published rates and package prices are current at the time of quoting; any quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Briefing and deposit

When any creative product or service is purchased, a briefing document and estimated quote will be sent to confirm the work. Please make sure this brief is correct and that you are happy with the initial estimated cost before proceeding. A 25% deposit fee is required before any work starts; once this fee is received, it is treated as confirmation of the brief. The remaining 75% is due before final handover or launch.

Any variation from the original brief after the first proof has been sent for approval will be charged as an amendment. Mistakes on our part against the original brief will not be charged. All final decisions on amendment charges are made by Audio.Visual.Digital alone.

For previously approved templated work, a specific briefing form may be created. Any variation from the fields on that form may result in an additional charge.

Amendments

Once work is completed, an invoice for the remaining cost will be sent. Sending the invoice confirms completion of the job. If further amendments are required after that point, a new job will need to be booked in. We cannot complete amendments on jobs that have already been marked complete.

Rush and out-of-hours delivery

Work requested with less than 48 hours' notice is subject to a 25% rush surcharge on the quoted price. Delivery specifically requested for a weekend or UK bank holiday is subject to a 50% surcharge. Both may apply together where relevant.

Invoicing and late payment

Once an invoice is sent, you have 30 days to pay it. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, a late fee equal to the Bank of England base rate will be charged for each month it remains outstanding.

Retainer discounts

Retainer discounts apply once, even where the work is white labelled, up to a maximum of 50%. The minimum payment accepted is £25. Discounts do not apply below this minimum.

White label work

Our published price list is for direct customers of Audio.Visual.Digital and includes the cost of our own marketing and account handling. Those costs do not apply when we white label creative work for other agencies, so we offer a 50% discounted rate for white label projects. Additional set-up costs may apply where presentation documents need to be created under another agency's branding.
